We are saddened to learn that Fr. Branigan is being transferred to Drogheda although we are aware that he will be closer to his mother who has indifferent health. We wish him every blessing in his new ministry and thank him for his work here in Magherafelt for the last five years. There will be an opportunity for parishioners to say goodbye to Fr. Branigan prior to his departure. Fr. Branigan will be replaced by a newly ordained priest Fr. Juan Jesus Gonzalez Borrallo from Spain. PUBLIC DAILY & WEEKEND MASSES – Mass with congregation continues this week at 11am each morning, Novena Mass Monday 7.30pm, Saturday Vigil 6.15pm, Sunday 10.30am & 12noon in Magherafelt & Sunday 9am Castledawson, all with the usual restrictions. The Holy Hour will resume in September.
