CLOSURE OF THE CHURCH OF OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION From Monday 23 September until its completion, the Church will be closed mid-week to facilitate the internal work. Where necessary Wedding & Funeral Masses will take place in the Church. Daily Mass will be held in the Main Hall of the Parish Centre on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 11am. Mass on Tuesdays at 11am will be in St. John’s Milltown. Mass on Monday – Thursday evenings at 7.30pm will be in St. Patrick’s Church Castledawson. There will be no Exposition or Benediction on Mondays during the period of the works. Many thanks to all who have contributed to this project; we greatly appreciate your support, without which the work could not proceed. To date 450 people have contributed by envelopes, of the 1500 that were issued. We appeal to those who have yet to contribute to help us in any way they are able.
